Spring has sprung, and I can easily say I haven’t been this happy in a long time. Gone are the days of layering and layering and more layering, and finally I can dig up my light leather jackets for the ever so slight spring evening breeze.
The sun is a delight. I love waking up in the morning and not having to stay snuggled up in bed for an extra 10 minutes because it’s too cold (don’t get me wrong, I still snooze the extra 10 minutes, but blissfully cozy).
But before I dab on and on about how gorgeous and beautiful spring is and how lifted my spirits feel, I will leave you with (what I hope to be) the last layering outfit of this season – a simple yet warming one.
I have not taken off this lambs wool scarf since I picked it up and I am already planning on getting it in many different colors when fall hits again – it has to be by far my favorite scarf, plus it does not hurt that it is in the most gorgeous shade of grey (ugh I know, close reference there). I pretty much throw it on anything.
Acne Studios really knows their simplicity in the most elegant manner. I have been eyeing (and praying) for one of their leather jackets and their denim for ages, too. But, all in due time – for now, I still have a few months to go before I need to worry about more scarves, thick jackets and soft denim, so I’ll let this one go.
Suede over knee boots: Office (on sale now too!)
Jacket: Zara (similar)
Now, I’m off to go enjoy the warm sun rays outside – toodeloo!
